I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non personalized items.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Unless these items arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must arrive in it's original unused condition. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason I would be happy to provide a refund for the items cost. Unfortunately shipping fees can not be refunded.
Personalized items can not be returned or discounted if they arrive after a special date, such as a wedding or birthday.
