Unless these items arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must arrive in it's original unused condition. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason I would be happy to provide a refund for the items cost. Unfortunately shipping fees can not be refunded.
Personalized items can not be returned or discounted if they arrive after a special date, such as a wedding or birthday.

Express shipping does not promise, ensure or guarantee on time delivery.
Express shipping will not be refunded if your order arrives after a
certain date.
Express shipping does not reduce the processing time.
