I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Unless these items arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must arrive in it's original unused condition. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason I would be happy to provide a refund for the items cost. Unfortunately shipping fees can not be refunded.
Personalized items can not be returned or discounted if they arrive after a special date, such as a wedding or birthday.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are handmade and shipped within 10 business days. Keep in mind, each order is made by hand which requires a little extra time and care. Your patience & support is appreciated.
EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Express shipping does not promise, ensure or guarantee on time delivery.
Express shipping will not be refunded if your order arrives after a
certain date.
Express shipping does not reduce the processing time.
Once shipped express, most arrive within:

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE/BULK PRICING?
Yes! All of my products are available for wholesale. I have low minimum
orders with great discounts. Please contact me for more information on
pricing and production times.
DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE GIFTING?
Yes! Please contact us with your requirements including how many, what style/product & what you would like embossed. We can make a custom stamp of your logo or design to keep on file for future orders as well for consistent gifting.
