Shipping

I ship to the address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is correct. I will not replace or refund orders due to an incorrect address. Buyer is responsible for any fees required to reship the item. 

Processing time: 

This is the time I need to make your order. Most orders are made and shipped within 14 business days. Some detailed custom orders may take longer, you will be informed if this is the case. 

HOLIDAY PROCESSING: During the holidays the processing times posted in my shop announcement, on the homepage of this website. November-February are high demand times, increasing our production times to 4-6 weeks. Order early for the holidays!

Estimated shipping times: 

This is the estimated time your order will take to reach you once shipped. These are not promised delivery times. 

Canada: 1-7 business days
United States: 5-10 business days
Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland: 10 business days
Everywhere else: 10-15 BUSINESS days (THREE WEEKS plus processing time)

These shipping times are estimates based on my experience and shipping guidelines, they are not guaranteed. Express shipping is available at checkout. 

Customs and Import taxes
Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. I will not mark your order as "gift" to avoid import taxes, this is illegal.

Customs may choose your package to inspect. This is normal but may cause delays regardless of shipping type chosen. I am not responsible for these delays and can not refund shipping fees if your package arrives late. This is not a common issue.
