Refund policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non personalized items.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

"Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to custom made or personalized items, which are exempt from the cooling-off period. All custom orders are final sale." Personalized includes custom colors, grommets, embossing, designs etc, if you made choices for how your product should be custom made, it is not eligible.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Unless these items arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must arrive in it's original unused condition. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason I would be happy to provide a refund for the items cost. Unfortunately shipping fees can not be refunded.

Personalized items can not be returned or discounted if they arrive after a special date, such as a wedding or birthday.
